Wisdom teeth erupt into the oral cavity usually between the age of 17 to 24. However, for some, it doesn’t erupt into the oral cavity for a long time due to lack of space in the jaws. Such teeth tend to tilt and push the adjacent teeth causing pain. Research has proved that Wisdom teeth are of no use to human beings and is a vestigial tooth. Also, when tilted they serve no utility and is advised to be removed.
